DHL is the worst carrier company! My mom sent me an "Express" mail and DHL took 6 days, and what It's worst of all they don't open on

Saturdays!

I took 2 days of work to wait for my package and they never showed up I called and they said it was on its way, at 3pm I called again and one honest person told me that the package was sitting at the station! She put me on hold for more than 15mint. for I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said she will call me back never did I called after 30 minuets, and still no supervisor I said I will call The

BETTER BUSINESS BUREUA (BBB) and magic there was a supervisor to speak to me!

I had to drive 45minuets to the station pay tolls to get my package after I paid so much money for Express services.

LIARS, INCOMPETENT, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES, SCAMMERS...
