Been shopping online for years from a website associated with aramex and it was absolutely amazing, practical, and very organized. They recently switched to DHL and it's thee shittiest company I have ever had to deal with.
Could not find any contact numbers online, NEVER deliver on time despite the extra express payment. Inconsistent policies that always end up being a rip off. As well as asking for a fee despite it being already paid. Customer service numbers were no where to be found online for my country, and when they occasionally answer they give completely different answers and are very unclear some are very rude and disrespectful.
This is NOT acceptable and I'm very dissapointed. Planning on never ordering again with anything that uses this pathetic excuse of a company.
