I ordered a watch from the UK for my boyfriend. I paid $11 for 3-7 standard shipping.

7 days came and went. I'm now on the 14th day of waiting. I was not given a tracking number. When I called DHL customer service, the man told me that because I didn't have a tracking number, he couldn't help and immediately hung up.

The site I ordered the product from only offered DHL so I figured it had to be successful. I was wrong.

Next time a company only ships with DHL, I will pass on purchasing the item. Late, unhelpful, and just really not worth it.
