Package processed through eCommerce in Illinois a week ago. No further updates.

Called and emailed and they say it’s on it’s way to Canada and will update when it arrived there. How is traveling? By bicycle? Walking?

In an age where a 5 year old can track their friends on a smartphone a company that is in the business of transporting goods cannot actually tell where this package is? I now suspect that because I complained they are deliberately delaying it. Not amused. Three previous packages from same company arrived inside of a week and now 9 business days have gone by.

I am 100% certain they have lost it and they will not admit it. They are going to make me wait 2 more weeks before I can have the vender start investigating.

In the meantime a DATED product becomes more useless as time goes by. They suck.
