How is bad service for business customer? We booked online before 15:00 and schedule to pick up at 16:20 .
And customer service called at 16:50 to inform that the delivery guys could not pick up due to they already pass the area. This should not be way of treating business. The documents is in urgent and we always use them to provide service but seem like they don't care their customers at all.
And even we explain that we have urgent documents to send to HCMC and the customer service doesn't care , just keep saying . They will pick up tomorrow( Sat.) or Monday.
