Not resolved

Been chasing consignment 3829571690 for a week and they now say delivey NEXT Monday. This waiting for an answer.

This should have been sameday by courier once they had found it having been in Belgium for A WEEK. I now I see they are charging 50 pence per minute to call Customers Service. That should make them some money in view of the slow service. I am not happy with DHL we send this shipment a week ago on the OVERNIGHT EUROPE SERVICE - not OVER A WEEK service.

How many other consignments ts are delayed in the Belgium I wonder.

Perhaps DHL would like to tell us how many but I don't think they will. Please tell us you have many other delays and other Europpean depots
