I live in Göttingen, Germany. I was supposed to receive an international package from Canada yesterday (Thursday, working day, when most people are not at home, no time window provided).

I spent the whole day at home and had to miss some of my working obligations for this, but the package never arrived. Today, I spent the whole morning at home again, then I had to leave for literally 40 minutes (14:00 - 14:40), and after I came back, I found a piece of paper from DHL saying that I can pick up my quite heavy and bulky shipment from a DHL express point.

Ich lebe in Göttingen, Deutschland. Ich sollte gestern (Donnerstag, Werktag, kein Zeitfenster angegeben) ein internationales Paket aus Kanada erhalten.

Ich war den ganzen Tag zu Hause und musste dafür auf einige meiner Arbeitspflichten verzichten, aber das Paket kam nie an. Heute war ich wieder den ganzen Vormittag zu Hause, dann musste ich für buchstäblich 40 Minuten (14:00 - 14:40) los und als ich zurückkam, fand ich einen Zettel von DHL, auf dem steht, dass ich ihn abholen kann meine ziemlich schwere und sperrige Sendung von einer DHL-Express-Station.

Let's family member with out presents and no refund for the box that never was sent. First reazon was lack of documentation and after I send proof of them, they argued about earphones.

My name is Gayle Beeler I live in USA. Called several days ago to tell DHL my email was used for somebody elses delivery in Puerto Rico. Not sure exactly how my email was used for someones elses package delivery. DHL said theyd fix it. But I guess they didnt. I received an email this morning saying the package was delivered to Margarita Nieves. As far as I know this was not my package. I do have deliveries coming but as far as I know the my packages are not coming via DHL. Please if you can find out why my email address was used for this delivery.

My Claim with DHL Express Waybill Number: 214862****

Dear DHL:

I am a seller on Amazon, and received an order from a buyer in Canada. The buyer paid Amazon with price in the amount of CA $361,22, which equates to USD $267.84.

I purchased the DHL's shipping label on Amazon. Unfortunately, the item was damaged in transit, which caused me issued full refund to the buyer.

Citing DHL's Section 10 of Terms and Conditions of Carriage, DHL's claim adjuster Terry Wright denied my claim. Explained in details with pictures that my shipment was packed to ensure safe transportation with ordinary care in handling. (cf.

comparing with the manufacture's packaging with its new product). I requested a reconsideration.

Terry Wright emailed to me that he reopened my claim and it take 7 to 14 business days for the management's final decision. Thereafter, he emailed me a letter dated Feb. 22, 2024 that DHL will issue me a check in the amount of $100 for cost of the item.

Citing the sale price is $267.84, I do not agree the $100 and responded to the letter dated Feb.

22. I agree his propose of settlement and willing to make 20% off the sale price, e.g., DHL pays me $214.27 for my damage claim.

Then, Terry Wright brought issue of shipping insurance. I contacted Amazon for his concern. Amazon did not answer my question regarding.

However, citing As carrier is responsible for the handling and transit of package, Amazon asked me to contact DHL directly. Therefore, I explained the shipping insurance issue to him with email yesterday.

Today, I received an email from Arielle for Terry Wright stated: " We are only able to offer the goodwill at this time. Unfortunately, further settlement has been denied. "

Therefore, I have to contact you for help.

It seems to me DHL and I can work out of a solution according to DHL's term and condition cited by Terry Wright. However, Arielle for Terry Wright refused to do so.

It seems to me that DHL's adjuster Terry Wright and Arielle for Terry Wright lacked good faith to solve the issue in my damage claim in accordance with the cited DHL's term and condition.

They do not want to settle my damage claim, they seems like to push me around, e.g., asked me to see assistance with Amazon, and or to see me to bring this matter to the court, which certainly will cost me and DHL much more.

Therefore, I write to you and ask your help.

I am delighted to share that, after a series of phone calls and an agonizing four-day wait, my package, which had been erroneously delivered to the wrong address, was finally delivered to me today. It is disheartening to contemplate the lengths I had to go through, the lack of urgency displayed by the delivery service, and the unfortunate absence of neighborly kindness in not simply bringing the misdelivered package to my doorstep.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with DHL's service regarding the delivery of my order (255181****). Regrettably, my package was delivered to an incorrect address for reasons unknown to me.
Upon realizing the error, I reached out to Customer Service, where I was informed that an investigation would be initiated and I would receive an update within two hours.

However, after the stipulated time, I had to call back and was informed by Dylan that the investigation was still underway. He also mentioned that I would receive a text message update shortly, which I never received.
In an attempt to escalate my complaint, I tried contacting the corporate office. I was redirected to Maria, who unfortunately did not work in the corporate office and was unable to provide me with the contact details for the same.
Regrettably, I neither received my package nor any updates regarding its delivery. This has been an extremely disappointing experience with DHL.

Despite paying for express delivery, the service was far from satisfactory.

The lack of urgency and attention from the customer service team in resolving this issue was particularly disheartening.
I am lodging this complaint in the hope that someone will reach out to me soon to rectify this situation. I can be contacted at 816-894-****.

When I open the package, my items are damaged and wet. Can you pls what it's happened. Maybe they open in the facility. And put the new box. I ask our sender they're packing well and they put the bubble wrap on the top. When I open the items my items on the top of bubble wrap, that's why its all wet and damage. Also my package was delivered yesterday 02/13 I supposed to be receive The package on 02-07. Its really delayed. Pls investigate. And I need refund for the items was damaged

They wont take responsibility for completely *** up a delivery for me that was custom. They kept telling me to reach the seller, which I did. Everything was right on everyones end except for DHL. Now, because my order was custom, due to quality control I will never receive my package. I am only trying tell them that they have an ongoing issue and their customer service must be robots or esl and trained like robots.

Payed for a package to be delivered on a date. Remember I said I paid for this!!! Never got a call nor a knock at my door had to check my email just for it to say (Sorry we missed you your package will be rescheduled for delivery.) As I checked my cameras no one came to my door at the time posted in my email. Again I payed to have my package delivered and was not so at this point I feel robbed by DHL spending a whole day waiting for packages without a delivery time and then not getting my package. Now to just sit around for another day and wait for something again. No!!!

I permanently left German in Dec and shipped 4 10kg packages to myself in the US. Three of 4 boxes were delivered to my US address but 4th was returned to Germany due to unclear reasons. It is in storage somewhere in Germany since there is no one to receive the returned box. Tried calling customer service and sent 2 emails but no progress to reship package or to claim lost shipment. Still waiting for response. Customer service only provides German speaking assistance and US based DHL service could not help. No one at DHL is taking leas to assist with options.
