I reached the customer service of DHL global mail by the website 3 times and sent 2 emails with no response!! in order to the local mail Brazil deliver my package, which has incomplete address, I need the UPU code. I can get this code on DHL website, with the tracking number or partner number. However, it was shipped 2 weeks ago and the tracking number provided by the store (which they say was provided by you system) does not locate anything.

The tracking number provided by the store is: 800********.

Can you please provide me the correct tracking number (if this is incorrect), the partner number or the UPU code?

- bought from Gymboree

- order number 4742****

- shipped to Flavia Withers, Rua Rosa K Nadonly other, zip 8120*-525 Brazil (should be Rua Rosa K Nadolny 225 - zip 8120*-525 Brazil)
