DHL has had my parcel in their warehouse for four weeks "pending customs valuation". I emailed a copy of my receipt, I phoned head office and the brokerage department and submitted customs forms.
I phoned the original company that shipped with DHL and they won't help me because "it's a shipping problem". I now won't have a Christmas gift because of this poor service.
At no time did DHL attempt to contact the company from whom I ordered, nor did they attempt to contact me to verify the value of my shipment. I will never order from a company that uses DHL ever again.
