DHL called me Friday to ask me if they could re-schedule a delivery to the next day, Saturday. i said no, i needed the package today, i would not be in the next day.

The package had arrived in their warehouse at 6am and normally there wold be no reason they could not deliver it same day.

Their response? they said how about Monday?

the reason they had to re-schedule? it is the end of the year and they are busy.......

the "end of the year" happens every year, deal with it. business is good for freight companies, don't get lazy and cheap and make customers suffer.
