Food parcel incorrectly labelled at DHL, heafty customs fees and further DHL fees on top.

No generosity, understanding from staff at DHL " I'm Sorry - there is nothing I can do"

Never use them again - will use alternatives and tell my friends and family through social networking as well.

When offered a discounted fee - this was denised againa t the office. What - are we supposed to record conversations now. They obviously do not care about the small fry and all these fees must add up to a heafty little profit for them at the end of the day I am quite sure.

Monetary Loss: $70.
