DHL is an incredibly dishonest company. I ordered a picture frame from on 12/8, shipped 12/9 got to Salem OR 12/15. Was supposed to be delivered 12/17. Four days of phone calls asking them to deliver it, and still nothing as of 12/21. I sent a complaint to their CEO's office and got this reply:

"Dear Mr. XXXXX,

DHL's The Service Guarantee will be suspended for Ground and DHL@home products that are scheduled for pickup or delivery from December 11, 2007 to December 24, 2007.

DHL’s Express delivery commitments, including 2nd Day and Overnight shipments, will be extended by 90 minutes for those shipments scheduled for delivery between December 17, 2007 and December 24, 2007.

Of course, ECost did not have this posted on their website, and the DHL website says:Sending packages by the following "ship by dates" will help ensure timely delivery of our customers' domestic holiday shipments: DHL Service Ship By Date Next Day December 21 2nd Day December 19 Ground December 14 DHL@home December 14

So, other than an excuse from their CEO, DHL says one thing, and when they are too screwed up to actually execute on their commitment, they just make up a new policy, and send it to the individual!

Can you say "Class Action Lawsuit"?

Don't do business with them, if you can at all avoid them
