I have had a contract with a company in Iran to send them a software, wich its value was about 5000 GBP, and i had a limit in time, i had to deliver in 1 week otherwise the buyer will return it.
i have sent the package with them but its now 8 days and its just in Germany, i called customer services and asked them why this happened? i said if i sent it by a driver to Iran, it may have arrived there 3-4 days ago!? but the staff is arguing with me about how long a drive is from London to Tehran!!!
they just say sorry or blah blah, but they actually do nothing and don't care about anything else!
Supervisors are worse, they talk like they own you, I really discourage anyone from using DHL services.
