I had a business package need to be delivered from Los Angeles to Oakland CA in 9 hours. Pay a lot money to DHL have the package delivered by 7:30PM.

By 7:30PM it was no show after many calls found out it was not even get on the flight. New ETA set at 11:45PM, after 11:45PM found out another delay due to driver shortage(DHL excuse).

I suggest pick up myself from the airport the DHL response was it will take them more than one hour to change the paperwork so I better just wait and by the way the new ETA 12:45AM will not be guaranteed. Is this really the "ONE DAY SERVICE"!

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Apparently problem resolution is not DHL's strong point. Once something goes wrong, DHL's apparent record on recovery is terrible. Apparently they just bury their mistakes.
