DHL Reps lie and mis-represent. Unfit to be in Customer Svc
On 06/12/17, I waited from 12 noon to 19:00.Called CS at 800-225-5345.
Rep told they can deliver at residence by 20:00 local time. And she suggested that I leave a note on front door with tracking number and signature. I said I would do that and I did that. It was not delivered.
Called again at 20:30 and rep told that I rescheduled delivery for 06/13, which was wrong and a total mis-representation. I said I cannot wait again and said I would leave a note on the door as suggested above. He mis-represented it again as 'refused delivery'.
Both of the rep's have communication problems and BAD attitude; they both are 'liars' and unfit to be in customer service, to say the least.LIAR REPS AND UNFIT COMPANY
