I shipped via DHL Express 6 boxes from Sydney Australia to Spain on 29 October and was told it would take 2-3 days to arrive. It is 15 November and I have not received a single package from them.
I was told 1 of my items is lost and that I would receive the remaining 5 items on 14 November.
I am still waiting for delivery and the only way to contact DHL Express is via a Premium telephone number costing $1.50 per minute. I am now at a loss as to how to resolve my issue and force DHL to deliver my items.
Monetary Loss: $30000.
