DHL no longer "delivers" to small population states
I had a package shipped from CA to SD and their tracking had it going from CA to OH to MN and then they shipped it USPS to SD.
What is the point of a delivery service, if they carry the package 1800 miles the wrong direction only to hand it off to a real delivery service? It took them 5 days just to decide that it wasn't worth delivering themselves and ship it USPS, so the package took much longer than 1-6 days for delivery.
Their estimate of delivery was 12 days on their tracking site even.
