We are waiting for a month now, for a parcel that was supposed to be picked up in Pretoria, South Africa and brought to Canada by their so-called 3 day service.
Don't be fooled!
What they actually mean is "at least 30 day service". They charge big money, and once they have your money, the client can go hopping side-ways for all they care. The same thing happened to our daughter - she also waited a month, after she paid the big money.
Rather use ordinary air mail, they are much more reliable and takes about one week. But do not touch DHL, they are sharks!
