DHL lost my 5 year old son's birthday present in their secure(!) warehouse, after numerous attempts to get them to accept liabilty they constantly told me I was not the shipper so they had no contract with myself. I could not get the seller to understand that DHL had lost the shippment as english was not his first language.
So i ordered another nintendo and paid for it, the seller sent the seconnd nintendo & a replacement (nice guy). I have just phoned DHL again to exoplain all this and ask if they would return the second nintendo for free as it was them who lost the original nintendo and caused the problem.
The answer from an international delivery company was no. So I will have to pay the delivery for their error, thanks DHL
