This is the fifth time I encountered problems with DHL eCommerce. Every time I order anything on-line the seller uses DHL eCommerce.
The delivery is always late. When I am supposed to get it in 2 to 3 weeks, I get it in 6 to 8 weeks. Their favorite word when asked why is "I don't know what happened". This time I found out that they don't know what happened to the package, it might be lost.
All I got was contact the seller to get the refund.
The seller refuses to do so because it was not their fault and blamed the DHL for it. Pointing fingers at each other means I have to pay for it literally.
