Twice it happened in my horror finding out by on-line tracking and calling and confirming through DHL's 1800# that their deliverymen posted that the delivery were attempted even though they were not. Outright lies and misrepresentation.
And after making attempts to follow-up, DHL's management can't do anything and they don't know what's happening in their operation. A paying client doesn't even have a way of calling their local hubs (apparently they don't have any telephone for public?????? which is very questionable). The rep even confirmed a resounding YES after asking if I am only at their mercy.
ONCE it happened, maybe an honest mistake but TWICE for the same mistake: INTOLERABLE.
