There are multiple DHL contact numbers listed on their website. If you are looking to call the company, you should think about which department to reach out to regarding your issue. If your DHL complaint is about billing, you can call 1-800-722-0081. For technical support, you can reach out to 1-800-527-7298 during DHL customer service hours.

If you received an attempted delivery notice, you should call 1-888-273-8876 to speak to customer service about rescheduling delivery. And finally, if you have other issues that don’t fall into these categories, you can call the general DHL customer service phone number.

So bad every day calling the phone but not satisfied anything I lost my parcel in this US DHL. They are communicating are so weird.

I cannot even begin to express the sheer magnitude of frustration and anger I feel towards this so-called "Fast, Easy and Affordable" customer service of DHL. Fast and easy?

More like slow and excruciatingly painful!
What happened to the, it will be there in 3-5 business days. Six weeks. Six long frustrating weeks since my package was supposedly sent, and yet my husband sits, still empty-handed. He too is NOT happy at all with the situation.

What kind of incompetent, negligent operation are they running? This is not just a case of dropping the ball; this is a full-blown circus of ineptitude!
I've lost count of the number of emails and phone calls I've made in a futile attempt to resolve this debacle. Each time I reach out, I'm met with empty promises, meaningless apologies, and absolutely zero progress. At one time they even told me it had been destroyed because the receiver was not responding to them.

Well, that would mean that they, DHL, would have made an attempt to contact the receiver or me, the shipper. Nope. Nothing. And, who gave them permission to destroy the package?!?!!

No one. It has to happen at the shipping end through an agent/store. Was this an additional effort to cause me more frustration and anxiety! It's as if they thrive on our misery, reveling in our frustration as they twiddle their thumbs and do absolutely nothing to rectify the situation.
Customer service?

Ha! What a laughable concept. They wouldn't know good customer service if it smacked them in the face with a two-by-four. They have single-handedly shattered any semblance of trust or goodwill I may have had towards their brand, leaving me with nothing but bitterness and regret for ever engaging with them in the first place.

I will NEVER use them again and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. And, Ill be sure to let as many people know as possible.
To anyone considering doing business with this sorry excuse for a company, I implore you: Run. Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. Save yourself the headache, the heartache, and the sheer aggravation of dealing with these incompetent buffoons.

Your time, your money, and your sanity are far too precious to waste on such a colossal failure of a business.

ما هزینه رابه شرکت برای دریافت بسته واریز کردیم ولی متاسفانه شرکت فقط رسید مشتری را به ما داده و شماره پیگیری یا ردیاب را به ما ارائه نداده و به این بهانه مأمور حمل به بهانه های مختلف از ما پول گرفته و تا کنون بسته را به ما تحویل نداده است

Never spoke to a human. Three days and the delivery never reached me. Delivery on the 12th, the driver didn’t ring the doorbell and I was home. The next day, I was able to track the driver but he never made it. I waited all day.

I got a phone and tablet and laptop through acp Program it was sosposed to be delivered by them the first employee the one i got it from chargeme 20 dollars for a tracking number then started charging me because his truck broke down then for coming into the unitedstates because he was from Mexico if i would have nown that i probably would not of delt with him then he got into the unitedstates and turned it over to another employee and now he is broke down and wants me to send him 15 i have been trying to be nice about this with them its time for me to get my stuff its been 2 weeks now and i have been out 125dollars i shouldn't of been checked for i am a62year old disable man on social security and cant keep doing this
