Waybill no. 7404171202 was collected in Johannesburg on 27 October.

It was only logged into the system on Tuesday 1 Nov. Now no trace of the parcel can be found. The parcel was allegedly sent to Maputo Mozambique and then to Beira. No tracking record of these movements are available to me on the internet.

The parcel has apparently not even been submitted to customs for clearnce yet. For what reason did the original track listing stating that the parcel had been collected on the 27th Oct.

been removed from the tracking record? I have not received any satisfactory replies from DHL supplying reasons for the delays.
