My package was sent from China but seller forgot to put the zip-code and so items were sent back to the Hub in Cincinnati, OH. I called to fix the issue but from then on the package has been bouncing back from Cincinnati to Boston, who knows why..
I even called customer service several times to find out what the issue is but they can't seem to get any information from the warehouse and so just provide information from the website. I am so frustrated with them and have no idea when I will be getting my package. I just want my items is that had to get?
The warehouse need to communicate with customer service better because as it stands their customer service is useless along with their trace which means nothing if they aren't solving anything. If i had my choice during shipping, I would never chose DHL as my primary shipper.
