It has been a few weeks after purchasing a book and I still haven't had it deliveered. The tracking system says that it has been delivered in the destination country which is the UK but somehow hasn't got here yet.

Dhl state, "kindly contact the merchant from whom you purchased your items to discuss the matter." How does this help? The merchant can't do anything. The postal service are responsible for the mail so are they trying to put the blame on the merchant? Disgraceful.

In addition they do say that you can view the FAQ but that doesn't help either. Worst delivery service ever!!!
