DHL fabricate reciept in name of tax

I hate DHL Saudi Arabia. I paid full shipping cost door-to-door air delievery from korea to saudi. However, upon arrival, I found the shipment is delay for a month, damaged, and charged more money in the name of tax fee. After investigation, I found out that it is transportation fee fabricated in name of tax. Moreover, after openning my boxes, I found out that all the arranged new shipped items in the boxes were damaged and misplaced. NEVER USE DHL SAUDI ARABIA NOR DHL KOREA. Also, you must be very careful in dealing with DHL Saudi Arabia. When you pay for local express service, they do not deliver it to your home but they ask you to come and collect it from their office when you already paid door to door service charge. DHL Saudi has no customer service nor ethics. I tried to contact the main office of DHL in Germany but I can not find their right email or address. I will not forgive them at all.

DHL non delivery

I shipped via DHL Express 6 boxes from Sydney Australia to Spain on 29 October and was told it would take 2-3 days to arrive. It is 15 November and I have not received a single package from them. I was told 1 of my items is lost and that I would receive the remaining 5 items on 14 November. I am still waiting for delivery and the only way to contact DHL Express is via a Premium telephone number costing $1.50 per minute. I am now at a loss as to how to resolve my issue and force DHL to deliver my items.

I Freaking HAte DHL!!!!!

This company is horrible. It never fails! They always pretend like they tried to see if you were home to sign, but the truth is they are to lazy to walk up to your door and knock. Instead this *** delivery man left his note on the top of the note I left him CLEARLY telling the *** to come to the door and knock! I had enough! I wonder could the BBB do anything about them. There is no doubt in my mind they are trying to steal packages. Don't get me started on customer services! They truly don't care about YOU!!

All the carriers are doing this, and yes, some will put in a false confirmation in tracking that you received the package when one of their own misdelivers, loses, or steals it.

Because of this I'm quitting many retailers. I'd sooner put up with carfare than deal with *** stealing my merchandise and not owning up to it.

Customer service can't provide accurate information. Cost me loosing my time and money.

To DHL customer service. Your service is poor, inaccurate, and unprofessional I've to say I'm disappointed and angry with your customer service. I wanted to send some personal documents to Cuba, and called yesterday to your customer service number, they told me that I could only make this operation personally from your Miami center, with an additional sub charge of $60. Being so far (3 hour drive one way) from my address, I wanted to confirm this, and entered the chat on your page. In the chat I was told I could do this operation from the Ft Myers center. I asked if they where certain, and they told me yes. So today, I went to that location (about 1 hour driving one way) and when I get there, the person attending at the desk, told me they could not do it, that it needed approval from DHL, and a sub charge of $100. (sorry they did this to you, he said) Well, your customer service looks like they can't provide accurate information, nor provide consistent pricing information, and I've lost my time, money and passed through a very unpleasant moment, because of this. DHL is the worst SHIPPING CO

I absolutely HATE DHL... everytime I use them it's something wrong with my delivery. I paid for express delivery to not get my shipment on time... I received a notification saying the shipment was sent to the wrong location... & they act as if they can't do anything about. I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS COMPANY. Ive lost out on so much money because of this company. Ive called the 1800 number multiple times today, filed several claims.... and they all give me the run around! 1 person tells me to drive 2 hours to pick it up when I already paid DHL express shipping.

DHL- What a joke

Bought stuffs on the internet and paid a decent price for DHL Global Mail Priority delivery. However, my parcel did not arrived at all, is been 21 days. Used the tracking service to track and found that my parcel was at the same location for 7 days and looks like is going to be there forever. Sent countless emails to DHL customer service with totally no replies at all. Are they even serious about their business? What are they trying to show with this kind of service provided? What a disappointment! Please think twice about employing DHL for your mailing services!

Hey, if you don't get results in the next 1-2 months, file a complaint against them in small claims court in a county where they do business. They may do business where you live.

A corporation cannot send lawyers to small claims court, so they'll probably contact you two weeks before a hearing to settle for $1,000 or so out of court.

Make them pay!

Why should they get away with this? Do some research on how to properly file a small claims court law suit first.

DHL delivered to WRONG COUNTRY and they didn't even know about it!

DHL service is one of the worst! After not receiving my package for a couple of days from expected date, I inquired (which itself was hard to find contact info), they send me an email after couple of my emails pressing to give me the expected delivery date, they said "sorry...by looking at the info AGAIN, we discovered that it's delivered to wrong country. your sender have to file an investigation paper in order to re route it to your place" WHAT??? wrong country and they finally admit it and now they ask sender to file a paper before they can correct themselves? TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Terrible delivery practice -Never use DHL

DHL was sending documents to us fro Germany. When they had not arrived within a reasonable time, I called the sender. The sending office told me that DHL reported that delivery had been attempted 3 days earlier, but the recipient had "refused delivery." That was a bald face lie. Delivery had not been attempted at the correct address. DHL had not left any notice at the correct address that it had attempted to make delivery. When I was able to contact DHL, the operator told a different story. This time DHL said it could not obtain access to the premises (like there were a fence around it. Another lie. THe address was a residence on an urban street, with no fence or gate to prevent access. DHL had obviously attempted to deliver to the WRONG address. DHL was given the correct address again (they already had it in their records). DHL said that it would make delivery the FOLLOWING day. I prepared to sit at home all day waiting for the delivery. Instead DHL attempted delivery at 5:15 pm the same day, when someone was home, but the knock on the door must have been very quiet, since no one heard it. DHL left a notice saying that this was their FINAL delivery attempt, and the package was being returned to the sender. One could call the DHL office, but it was of course already closed. If a delivery service is going to deliver to the wrong address, it should not lie about it, and should make delivery available to the correct address; ANd if it promises to deliver on TUESDAY, it should NOTdeliver on MONDAY.

I hate dhl

i have a problem with the dhl each time i send with them ,, this late of days makes me crazy they are always like this i gave them my shipment on 1910**** till today 2210**** it is not showing that it is out of hong kong and they told me that it needs only 3 days to get to my destination also in clearance it take much much time and this is not the first time that happend i hope any body can help to have a good service but not dhl because i hate THIS COMPANY

DHL destroyed Christmas for my kids

On the 20th of December we went to DHL to send my kids Christmas presents to them as they stay in Randfontein. We were promised it would be delivered by the 24th of December. when the 24th came, the parcel was not delivered because "they had no transport". But we were told to go and collect the parcel at the JHB airport. (Which is about 1 hour 30 minutes worth of driving) but we had to be there before 6. So knowing we can't make the time from PMB we left it there, as they said delivery will be done on the 27th. When I phoned them today (27/12/12) they told me that a 3rd party is to collect it today and it will be delivered on the 28th. Yet another day for my 2 boys to wait for their Christmas gifts. I'm totally disappointed and will blame them for ruining Christmas for them.

DHL -ridiculous unreliable company

There was a parcel for me sent from France to Brussels. They called me and told me they can deliver only in the morning or in the afternoun which means that I should stay home waiting half a day. In Warsaw the guy from them normally calls and we agree when he will pass but Brussels is still primitive place with very low quality of services. I will NEVER again use DHL and will inform other people about their absurd policy.Ewa I wil never again use DHL, I will never again use DHL I will never again use DHLA ok now it has 100 words (and BTW why not 80 or 90 or 120 ?)

Where is my package???

DHL delivered an overnight package to the wrong location. They are still calling me to tell me that it has been delivered. We found it across town in Atlanta. We started calling at 4:00 in the afternoon looking for it. Clearly stating the signature on the package did not correspond with anyone who worked at the location that should have recieved the package. Today at 9:00 am they called to say the same person signed for it.... Finally the local office called the driver and he/she remember where they dropped it off - wrong location - different address than on the label. Were they willing to go get the package and rectify the situation? NO - Terrible customer service - the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. If you have anything coming in from Hong Kong make sure they use fed-ex and not DHL.

Bad customer service from DHL Express

My parcel arrived in South Africa on Friday the 12th of October 2012 and DHL Express only took the parcel to Customs for clearance Wednesday October 17 October 2012. And oh! their agents are very rude and give an attitude when you try to get an explanation for their delay forgetting that you paid for the service. I do not even know if they'll deliver my parcel today (18/10/2012) because all the agent said is she does not know either, what she certain of is that they do not deliver after 12:00This is the second time DHL Express has provided me with a stinking service. I would expect something better than this from DHL, and perhaps should should inform their employees that we pay for the service DHL Express provides (or is suppose to provide) - they are not doing us a favor.

DHL 'Lost' my Package.

On October 16, 2012, this is the response that I received from DHL Saudi Arabia after I complained that I had not received my charger on August 29, 2012, \"Regretfully, we were informed that the shipment was physically destroyed and hence, it is no more available at our facility they couldn\'t identify your shipment at that time because it was unlabeled\". Bascially the inept Saudi Arabian Customs Office ripped the box open and separated the paperwork from the box.

When a US DHL shipper tracked it down to the Customs Office a week later, I immediately asked DHL Saudi Arabia to go find it and retrieve it from Customs. Instead, DHL - SA sat on their *** for five weeks and did nothing. All they had to do was take a trip to the Customs Office to retrieve my charger.

Basically, if you want to make sure a package is sent to Saudi Arabia, be warned, the entire system is grossly inept. The DHL Saudi Arabia service is atrocious and you might get the package delivered on a 50-50 probability.

I had a Energizer SmartPhone charger sent to me from the US and it arrived in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia two days later on the 29th of August, but hasn't been seen since. I just found out today (September 16) that my item is officially 'lost'. I replied to the customer service representative: This is the first time I have had an item lost via DHL, but this is not the first time that I have had unique items "˜lost' in Saudi Arabia. Now it seems that I cannot trust anyone in Saudi Arabia to get my packages to me.

Wrong information by ur superb call centre

Dear cust service personal I have a very good cust service from ur MALAYSIA call centre BEING DIVERTED by various call centre personal just to ask a simple query but given multiple unser what heppened is our company use ur Corrier service due to ur sense of urgency beside the FEDEX ,TNT we chosse ur service due to ur standard service is well know but from what we have is like normal post office aunswer is this is ur standard? my call was hold for more then 30 mint on 16/09/2012 from 11.25 untill 12.30 after that when requested for person in charge ur cust service personal said he is enggaged with other cust and I demand to wait untill being serve. But still no aunswer from any one if this what u call service or if this is how ur nature of business is this then we set ur standard very high tq so much for make us lost a confiden on DHL and will tell all my friends and biz partner to not use ur service Order I'd : 285923**** tracking no Ur superb cust service personal : MR SHAH (the person confirm that my shipment will arrived on 16/09 mon) shamini (the one that give a wrong information regarding the custom Klia working hour ) and another super rude Indian call centre guy that never give his full name and the way he talk like we should know how the SO CALL DHL WAY OF WORKING AND PUT ME ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 1hour if u need a prove I'll send u guys my phonebill to prove it ) All of this customer care personal really don't know what they doing ,no product knowledge , don't know the sense of cust service and very rude ) if we know we will never pay u guys for the service TQ DHL CORRIER SERVICE DUE TO UR WRONG INFORMATION
