I mailed something to myself from Cologne, Germany on July 30th.It is now September 30th.

I've gone through their customer service in both Germany and the US. They say it is still at the Frankfurt Airport! 62 days later and no one has put my package on a plane yet??? What in the world is this company's problem?

Their only function is to move packages from one place to another. That is all they have to do. This is the third time that I have sent something to myself or someone has sent something to me through DHL and I'm counting the months. Not days.

Not weeks.Months!
