"Ready for Transport to USPS" FOREVER
It has been on "Ready for Transport to USPS" status forever. Are they SURE they're really READY TO TRANSPORT???
Doesn't seem like it because they have been taking forever to hand it over to USPS. It's been stuck in Compton, CA (which is part of LA)...and I live in Los Angeles, CA. I can probably drive over there and pick it up and it will take less time than it did for them to deliver it. I hope they really pick up their speed in doing stuff.
I am really dissatisfied and unimpressed with their lousy service. It is not necessary for them to take this long to transport stuff to USPS, especially since it's in the same city!
Dhl stolen my package...
This is how Dhl's games work... First, they will lose your package and then they will change the tracking status to already delivered.
Then you will call them back to ask where your package is they will tell you they left the package with your neighbor!?!? When you ask them why they deliver your package to a neighbor they will tell you they have no answer for that !?!? Dhl is a big scam and I will never use this company again!
STAY AWAY from this company or you will be sorry. Btw, I lost €400.00 worth of item.
Wheres my pkg????
I have not received my pkg that they said was delivered and signed for. When i contacted them(several times) they have a different story to tell.
Even had the nerve to ask me to drive 2 hours to a location where a in a later phone call was told it wasnt there.its been a montb and still no pkg. Still get contradictory and incompetent answers as to whereabouts of pkg

Absolutely terrible
It has been a few weeks after purchasing a book and I still haven't had it deliveered. The tracking system says that it has been delivered in the destination country which is the UK but somehow hasn't got here yet.
Dhl state, "kindly contact the merchant from whom you purchased your items to discuss the matter." How does this help? The merchant can't do anything. The postal service are responsible for the mail so are they trying to put the blame on the merchant? Disgraceful.
In addition they do say that you can view the FAQ but that doesn't help either. Worst delivery service ever!!!

Careless Customer Service and Slow Express Shipping
I am waiting on my shipment and have been waiting on my shipment for several days. My product has been offline for 2 days as a result of this companies careless attitude about my shipment.
Judging by the "1 star" rating I would guess that others experience the same very poor service and erratic shipping times. For express shipping this is a disgrace. They wait to scan the shipment in at the very start of midnight, and then will state that the product departed today and to give it a day. They don't scan in the product statuses in a timely manner so you really have no idea what is going on.
Shipping companies are definitely a monopoly, and that is why the literally will make a complete disgrace out of your original shipping estimate and not even care about it. When you call back pissed off, this company will put you on perpetual hold because they don't feel any remorse for your lost business, or feel responsible for it at all. When I did get someone to send a trace, they told me that they notified the shipping location in Texas and to wait up to 24 hours for a response. Nice, you are already way beyond the original estimate and you give me another 24 hours to wait for a response on "express" service.
After this experience, I definitely give them a full "1 star" rating. There needs to be more competition with these shipping companies, because they don't care at all.

DHL and Fedex have to be the 2 most incapable shipping companies on the planet. Both of them seem not to know what they are doing.
Never again....I will not purchase anything if either of these two carriers are involved with my shipment. I've had it!
This is the worst shipping outfit out there.Krauts are always supposed to be efficient,didnt rub off with this bunch of bozos..Parcel ordered from the USA,DHL asked for customs to be paid.Paid to DHL,two weeks ago and they cant find the package.Dealing with them on the phone,i think maybe a call centre in India,just fobbing me off with,"someone will call you at 1.20 tomorrow"Never happens,just the royal run around.Is there any way we can have their licence revoked as they are NOT a courier company.
I think someone is scamming. I’ve never had to pay clearance from the eye contact place overseas now DHL if it’s really them asking for prescription.
I never had to send a prescription. These turkeys probably opened my package and fishing for money or credit card information
My package arrived at DHL e-commerce on May 28th and the tracking saying was rendered on May 29th in Avenel, NJ. That was the last scan.
No movement since then.
I called them every other day and the last phone call the customer service representative tells me they put my package onto a bulk container and drove it USPS facility but DHL could not tell me which USPS facility they stopped it off at. If you have tracking information they should be able to tell you where and when they dropped it off at

I ordered items from Victoria secret with was scheduled to deliver on 2/6/20 and I still didn't received those item which was my daughter's birthday. whats up with this *** up service if you can deliver items on time do not *** with peoples trust do not say items will be deliver on time.
I encountered the same issue I ordered January 30th and I was supposed to receive it February 5th. My order still says it’s in Compton with DHL.
I contacted Victoria Secret and they resent my order with fedex with expedited next day shipping for free. DHL is the worst !
Having the same issue - stuck in CA
DHL Canada - US nightmare. Product shipped to US, doesn't make it to delivery.
Sits in Cincinnati and goes back to canada customs where my eyeglasses are rotting away. DHL has no correspondence or communication to alert for shipping problems that they create.
We order via Fedex, UPS and Amazon every week. No problems.
the same problem had too shipments come from two different parts of the us one used ups and it came in two days from further away and the other one still sits in Illinois for three days now will never use DHL shipping again really pissed off hope it gets here soon
